2 story home with lake views, massive deck and large entertainers kitchen, tucked away in Point Venture. Experience everything the neighborhood has to offer including, Captain Pete's restaurant, golf, tennis, pickle ball, live music, Lake Travis, boat ramp, sand volleyball, the only true sandy beach in central Texas, disc golf, gym, playground, and negotiated boat rental discounts a block from the house. Perfect for family getaways, bachelorette weekends, and celebrations.


The space
Kitchen has air fryer oven and stove, microwave drawer. 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom have luxury mattresses, linens, and smart TVs. Bunkroom with 1 twin mattress and 1 full and a smart TV. Outdoor deck features large dining table and gas grill. Regulation lighted cornhole deck on the second level.

Guest access
Lakefront dining at Captain Pete's 1 block away, private gym, driving range, 9 hole golf course, Caddyshack Sports Bar has food trucks and live music on weekends (3 blocks away). The private park has a sandy lakefront beach, playground, boat ramps, and frisbee golf (less than 1 mile). You will also find a junior Olympic swimming pool, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts. Liquid Thrills Boat Rentals is a short walk from the house and offers a discount to our renters.

Just perfect!

This was such a clean and spacious home. We felt like we hit the jackpot with it being so new! The set up was perfect for our 2 families. The communication was great for the few questions we had. The location is fantastic! We loved being so close to Lake Travis. We all enjoyed seeing the deer in the neighborhood and appreciated how close the pool was to to the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Memorial Day getaway couldn’t have been better—this stay truly exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra comforts that made it feel like home. Check-in was a breeze, and the communication from the host was excellent throughout. The location was perfect—tucked in a relaxing spot but just minutes from great restaurants and things to do. It was the ideal setting for making special memories with our family. We’d absolutely stay again!
