Hyatt Hotels in Austin

"El hotel esta ubicado en una zona de mucho trafico al lado de una avenida interestatal. Lo cual no facilita el regreso al hotel , esta un poco retirado de los lugares de interes . La habitacion es comoda pero un poco vieja ..... Hay parqueadero sin costo . Las habitaciones estan dotadas con aire acondicionado , Nevera y microondas. El desayuno es ofrecido en un area pequeña y un poco incomoda pero tiene lo basico . El servicio de staff es muy deficiente"

"Lights would turn on in the middle of the night - staff said we know but we can’t do anything about it. It’s a condo complex that can’t sell so it’s a temporary hotel. It shows."

"It was absolutely clean and amazing. Is right on highway but also quite at the same time. I stayed 4 nights. The gym is very small but for using the treadmill who has a build in fan it was perfect. If I ever travel or have to stay in Austin, I will definitely come back. Breakfast was also great. Coffee is very light but u bring my instant espresso with me so it wasn’t a problem lol"

"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"
