This spacious two-story home offers comfort and style in the heart of Austin`s iconic SoCo district. With two large living rooms and plenty of seating, it`s perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The open kitchen and dining area make hosting effortless.



Step outside to enjoy a private patio, a balcony with street views, and a huge fenced backyard—complete with a cowboy pool, grill, and space for kids and pups to play.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, sofa bed, and private bath for a luxurious retreat. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and one single bed. The third offers a queen bed and a bunk bed, while the fourth has a queen and one single bed—ensuring space and comfort for everyone. With three full bathrooms and two bathtubs, convenience is built in for groups of all sizes.

The home accommodated 7 women with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The location was perfect to explore the South First/South Congress area on foot. The backyard was comfortable with gatherings around the firepit and patio.The management team responded quickly to our requests and needs. It was a great stay!
