Lady Bird Lake Trail Guest House - Holly - Weekly Discount

Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks.

Open the blackout shades to feel suspended among the trees and watch Monk parakeets and other birds. Organic mattress, butcher block countertops, spacious shower. The apartment is above our 2-car garage, and while it makes great use of space, it is tight for 3 or 4 guests. 2G Google Fiber Wi-Fi.

You are welcome to use the pool if the main house is not rented. The house tends to rent only on weekends during the high seasons.

I felt so safe traveling with just 3 girls and Sarah was such an amazing host! The property was so clean and designed with quality furniture. The pool, shower and comfortable bed were a highlight in addition to being walking distance to bars and restaurants!

We loved this cute bungalow. Would definitely book it again if we return to Austin. Sarah includes all of the essential items plus there was tea and coffee for the morning. The location is close to downtown and was about a 10 min (if that) uber ride away. The neighborhood was quiet and would say trendy, and up and coming.

We had an incredible stay at Holly Lake Trails in ATX. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekday getaway. We drove down from Midland Tx to see Olivia Rodrigo at the Moody Center. The location was great, and the host was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

Great space and location.

We loved Sarah's place, perfect location near activities, restaurants and breweries (our favorite), required little to no driving. Communication, check in/out all a breeze would definitely stay again. The trail around the lake is right in front of the house, great way to get in some exercise and combat the great food/drink in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us with quick access to the bike trail and walking and riding distance to restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Many music venues. Sarah was easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us use a bike which came in super handy . We even got to see her sing at The Elephant Room - worth checking out!
