Part of the Villa del Sol Estate. Full bath and kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace. Very cozy living space has french doors opening to small balcony perfect for relaxing, having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Lots of stairs from driveway up to main level. Apartment is connected to the private estate - has own private entrance. Nestled in the hills, above lower main basin of Lake Travis, near The OASIS restaurant and shopping village. Covered parking available, Only 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this is the perfect long weekend, weekly or monthly getaway. Come out to the lake and chill in elegance!
