This spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes multiple entertainment spaces both indoors and outdoors.

Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and Smart TV for winding down after a day exploring Austin. Additional bedrooms include comfortable beds, stylish finishes, and TVs in every room so everyone has their own space to relax. The game room is equipped with a full size bed and a twin size mattress. The tenth person can sleep on our super comfortable couch!

The open-concept living area makes it easy for the entire group to stay connected whether you`re cooking, watching movies, playing games, or simply hanging out together.

Guests will have access to the whole house, back yard, and additional street parking!

*The driveway is shared with the neighbor. Please ONLY park one vehicle on the left hand side of the driveway.

In order to keep a calm, clean, and safe environment the house will be equipped with a Ring doorbell, strictly facing the EXTERIOR of the house. Also there will be a noise monitor within the home.
No smoking allowed.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
