Updated in 2008 with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sleek black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Amenities include washer and dryer, new iron, walk in shower, 1 King Bed plus 1 queen size convertible sofa, 40 SQFT Balcony Overlooking 8th and Congress. To top it all off there is nice Roof Top Deck with a solid view the State Capitol!

Located in the heart of downtown Austin Central Business District, and a quick two minute walk to the Capitol building, Paramount Theatre, 6th Street, and dozens of amazing restaurants / entertainment spots near bye. Condo has 2 flat Screens with Google Fiber High-Speed Internet + WiFi, 24 Hour Gym, 24 Hour Security. Golds Gym is also two blocks away if you prefer.
Please note Parking is separate and is not included in this contract. Garage parking is available in neighboring buildings to the north, south, and east approximately 1 or 2 minutes away.

Awesome location!

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 5 months and was very pleased! I cannot say enough about the quality of the unit, the location, security features, just to name a few of the pluses. You can't beat the location, which is a block off of Congress Avenue and 3 blocks south of the State Capitol. Being able to walk to most anything you needed is such a plus. I will definitely stay in this unit again if I am able to get it.
