Enjoy all that Austin has to offer from this location. It's a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport and only a 12 minute drive to Downtown. The neighborhood is all residential and you'll find local residents walking their dogs and strolling on the street. Neighborhoods like South Lamar and SoCo are accessible by the shortest of Uber rides. Heading to Circuit of the Americas? That's about 45 minutes away, just beyond the airport.

If you have pets, the yard is fully enclosed by a wooden fence and a redundant chain link fence behind it. Pets are welcome.
