This house is located is south Austin roughly 15 minutes from downtown. There is a huge shopping center 2 minutes from the house. There is a large grocery store called H-E-B that is easily walkable. The "Far Out Lounge" music venue and bar is about a ten minute walk away. There are breweries close and all the shopping you would need. Easy access to I-35 for a quick way to get around town (outside of morning and afternoon rush) House is in a great location and is stocked up.

My family had a great time here! The location of this home is great. It’s so close to downtown, H-E-B, and not very far from the activities around Austin and New Braunfels. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and family friendly

Traveling with kids isn't easy, this house made it easier. The layout of all the bedrooms on the upper floor and living area on the lower allows for adult conversations while listening for kids. Plenty of necessities and close to almost everything someone who misses Texas would love.

Austin Wedding Weekend

Beautiful house, perfect getaway

The house was really homey, and the kitchen was the perfect size to be able to cook meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing. It was perfectly secluded, and the backyard was a great place to spend time together too.

Austin Experience

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.

Weekend Getaway

We chose this house to stay at because we were going to the Harry Potter A Forbidden Forest Experience and this house was the closest to it. It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever in the Austin area again.

Great location

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

Great stay Texas Vacation

The place was amazing! Very clean and cold ac! Amenities were great! Beds are very comfortable and clean! Only thing I would say is the shower head upstairs has low pressure and was leaking a little, just a quick tightening and it was fine but still low water pressure. Otherwise amazing place to stay and very professional and friendly owners!

Great getaway

My sisters and I really enjoyed staying at this property while in Austin for the Texas Book Festival. It's far enough away from downtown to skip the crazy that can happen after dark, but close enough to get there for activities. The property owner is wonderful to work with - very responsive to questions and requests. Property is exactly as depicted. Will book here again!
