This comfortable serene home sits on a hill surrounded by trees and the breeze!

It has an expansive covered back patio with additional dining space... Plenty of places to sit and watch kiddos play in the yard on the playscape or monkey bars.

The interior is decorated for the season... Comfortable Sectional, Large Kitchen with unique overlooking backsplash windows.

The bedrooms feature:
Master Room: One King bed - attached Full Restroom.

Green Room : Two XLong twin beds
(Toys for the littles in the closet)

Blue Room: Queen bed

Livingroom: Queen memory foam sofa sleeper to ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.

There is also one rollaway bed tucked away for teens and younger children.

Amazing stay

The property was beautiful and had lots of things to keep the kids entertained. Natalina was a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Definitely recommend for large families and fur babies! 👍

Amazing home

This is the most well appointed rental I’ve stayed in. Everything we needed was there. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Location made you forget you were in the city! We felt right at home and enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful experience. Thought the house looked nice from the photos but they did not do it justice!! It was just so beautiful. I also appreciated how detailed everything was in the house, the host was awesome!! I would LOVE to stay here again if I come back. We did not want to leave!!! The property and host both made this a weekend for the books. 10/10

My family was in Austin for a wedding and we are so glad we were able to secure this place. The pictures in the listing didn't do the property justice. Natalina was very responsive to every message we sent to her. The furnishings in the common areas are very clean, comfortable and roomy. Full-size modern refirgerator and freezer. And it was very cool to see deer on the property in the mornings. We will definitely be renting this property on our next trip to Austin!

Beautiful home, gracious host

The property is beautiful, just as described. It was very comfortable, immaculately clean, abundantly stocked with everything a visitor needs. The only reason I’m giving a 9 rather than a 10 is that the first night neither shower had warm water so we all took cold showers. Natalina sent her husband to fix it the next morning but only 1 shower had hot water. The second shower still had only cold. Brrrr!Otherwise, we loved the house and enjoyed staying there.
