Awesome SoLa Central Austin Condo

Beautiful Contemporary Interior in this amazing location minutes drive to SoCo, Downtown, ACL, & SXSW. Walk to SoLa Eateries Coffee or Bars! Large Queen bed comfortably sleeps 2. WiFi, Smart TV & 1 Reserved Parking Spot.

Step into an amazing comfortable living room tastefully decorated with a relaxing contemporary style that features an L Couch, comfortable reading chair and a 50 inch Smart TV. The floor-plan is a great use of space and is great for socializing or watching TV.

Walking into the kitchen, enjoy and all the comforts of a small but fully functional kitchen. You will love making coffee and breakfast and eating meals or planning your day on the dining table!

The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.

The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, granite tile vanity counter tops and has a full size shower tub combo. The vanity lights over the sink are perfect for getting ready and are really bright.

The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress!

This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!

In order to keep prices economical, food, groceries and beverages are not provided. This is a vacation rental and not a Bed and Breakfast.

This place was just what we were looking for during our stay for an event at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. I love to walk and it was a nice one to and from the venue. It is quiet, serene, clean, and comfortable.

Relaxing stay close to everything

The condo was very clean and cozy, the perfect size for the 2 of us. Tobin sent me all the information beforehand so the check in process was a breeze. The location is close to pretty much anything you could need or want, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood and complex, which makes it the perfect rest and relaxation spot after a day on the run.

When we arrived keypad was easy to use. Place was extremely clean the most clean place I’ve ever stayed at. The chairs where a little wobbly from use. Also the water pressure was not great but not awful. Very quiet peaceful and as posted. Would definitely recommend it’s close to everything and the school.

My daughter and I came in for a family wedding. We had a packed 4 1/2 days. The property was clean and easy to find. We didn’t need a lot of space since we basically just slept there and ate breakfast. Tobin was easy to work with.

Austin South Lamar

We stayed at the property for nine nights; we found the location to be pretty good with lots to do up and down South Lamar St. The amenities were all functional, and the layout of the suite was very good for relaxing. It was as advertised and would recommend it to others if the location works for you vs the busier downtown area. The host was communicative and left us to our own which we prefer as well. Perfect for a short stay

The condo was well kept, clean and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood not far from shops and restaurants and was in a good location for visiting other parts of the city. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have but we arrived late at night to no wifi which meant no means of contacting Tobin. Luckily a neighbour helped us out the following morning and when we messaged Tobin he replied that the router was broken. It would have been nice to know that when we arrived and to be given alternatives to try. Tobin responded to both my messages but the lack of wifi was a problem for us.

Excellent location with potential for more

The location is excellent, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included which is a nice perk. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I wanted to give them 5 stars but there is room for improvement: 1. Water pressure is bad. Water is warm but the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Simple fix with a new shower head. 2. There was an odd smell of musk or lack of circulation when I arrived, perhaps a candle or deeper clean could eliminate that odor. 3. No in unit laundry. While there is onsite laundry I honestly thought it was in unit. Perhaps it was my mistake, nevertheless be aware it’s not in the unit or free. Overall I think a 4 is a fair review. If the two items above are addressed this could easily be a 5 star location.
