Wonderful Austin Stay

Why stay at a hotel, when you can enjoy more room, a kitchen, and condo amenities? This is a wonderful property within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Very clean and easy check in/out process.

Great space for girls' weekend getaway

We had a lovely time at this apartment for the weekend. The pool is AWESOME, and the gym was terrific as well. We found the location to be very convenient. We would definitely stay at Natiivo again.

The condo was perfect for a girl's trip. The condo was very accommodating from our room to the lobby to the pool area. It also felt like a safe environment and the location was perfect to get everywhere. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay!

The location is superb, the amenities of the building are top-notch, and the apartment is clean and well-equipped. It exceeded our expectations, and I definitely rate it 5-star! p.s. Enjoy the beautiful walking trial just outside the building and around the river.

Really great location, professional staff, clean, comfortable beds, exactly what you want. If you drive, expect valet only. Understandable as a highrise property. It’s relatively painless as valet goes (staff was great), but it really makes me appreciate my own driveway and my own garage at home.Check out Half Step for great cocktails and EXCELLENT service. Austin is such a cool city in general. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice - Able to swin in pool past the time 10pm which made it nice because typically not back from dinner and settling in to then.Great location - all amenities we needed plus start up supplies like trash bags, detergent etc plenty. Very quiet! Could not hear a soul around at night, great views, scenery, walking distance to a number of locations.
