Best location especially for corporate travelers!! Only 10-15 min away from Apple/Dell campuses and also The Domain. For visitors coming in for fun, only about 20 min ride to downtown Austin! This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. There is an exterior ring video door bell.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary items for cooking. Additionally, there is a Tesla charger in the garage to use for your electric vehicle during your stay.

Please be respectful to all your neighbors. Any house rules violated below may result in cancelation of your reservation and fees.

1. No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell
2. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine
3. We have a very strict no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine.
4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean!
5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM
6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest
7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel
9. We keep a track of inventory in the home. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price
10. We ensure you have basic toiletries and supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper, etc and request you purchase your own if staying long term for more than 30 days.

Exactly as advertised!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a whole month, and it was simply perfect. We had two upstairs bedrooms that we used as our offices (both had desks/chairs), kitchen was big and fully stocked, and the master bedroom had a great master bathroom and a TV. Garage with garage door opener too! Easy check-in, VERY responsive and helpful host, and a nice quiet neighborhood. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!
