"I arrived at the hotel at 1pm after driving 8 hours and was told if I checked in it would be $35 added to my bill for checking in early. Also I put a credit card on hold for incidentals and was told Expedia didn’t charge the proper sales tax so I was charged"

"We found everything we needed to be able to fix all our meals while staying. The kitchen is so nice!The bedrooms were comfortable and the deck was amazing for long conversations as the weather was fantastic!One concern only - the deck door nearest the kitchen door does not lock. Even though there is no direct access to the deck, I think guests would feel safer if door could be locked.Great cabin! We would come back!"

"Beautiful countryside, amazing host! Cute , private , peaceful apartment. Close to Edmonton, but away from any noise! Fresh eggs for breakfast a plus! Can’t wait to go back when I have more time to explore trails and visit animals! Give this cozy beautiful place 5 stars! And 10 for the host! Recommend this peaceful place to all!!"

"The house was well equipped and very clean. Quiet and peaceful....very relaxing.Our host was great help when we needed help. We absolutely loved the place. Pets had a great area to roam, and even the cows were friendly. I'll definitely be back."

"This is an old property and the folks are doing their best with what is there. Dirt in corners in the bathroom may date back to the 60s but the bed was very clean and comfortable, nice TV, everything I needed. "

" This place was great. 5 star rating, for sure. A few very minor downsides, but they do not detract from the rating. No colander for straining pasta. No vegetable peeler. Not an ideal place to sit and enjoy time with friends/family; outside was the best, but weather dependent, kitchen table, or a sofa in the TV room that felt like it had some broken springs. Ok, that's all the negatives and they are minor. On the plus side, the place was very clean and communications with the host were excellent (these are the two most important things in my book). The price was really good and the overall value is incredible. As a really nice bonus, the host provided food for breakfast. Which worked great because we arrived late and had plans the next day. We didn't have to go grocery shopping until late the second day. Overall, a great place to stay, 5 star rating for sure, and highly recommended."
