- There is a pond located on the property that guests are welcome to enjoy. Swimming in the pond is entirely at your own risk
- Please be aware that this is a rural property and wildlife, including snakes and other animals, may be present in and around the pond. By entering or using the pond area, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks
- The homeowner and property manager assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, illness, drowning, or other incidents that may occur as a result of using the pond
- Fishing is not permitted in the pond
- While the the wood-burning stove located in the pool room is available, the wood-burning stove in the hot tub room and the basement are not available for guest use
- The fireplace located in the pool/game room is not available for guest use
