Come and enjoy a peaceful getaway in this charming house, ideally located at the foot of the cycle paths! Explore our beautiful region through its dunes and forests, and reach our magnificent sandy beaches in complete tranquility.
Just a few minutes away, Lake Aureilhan offers an idyllic setting for convivial moments with family or friends: supervised swimming, paddleboarding, pedal boats… A true playground for young and old! Sports enthusiasts will also be delighted with a wide range of activities nearby: horseback riding, kayaking, jet skiing, mountain biking, and much more.
This spacious house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a separate and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The bright and comfortable living room has a sofa bed and a television for your relaxation. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a functional shower room, and a separate toilet.
The garage, at your disposal, houses a washing machine and a dedicated space for storing your bicycles, surfboards, and other recreational equipment.
The approximately 1000 m² garden, landscaped with trees and fully enclosed, is the perfect place to relax in the sun, while offering children a safe and secure space to play.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Photo trompeuse maison des annees 50 avec les equipements d'époque aucun confort une prise electrique sur deux ne fonctionne pas clic-clac sans les housses assises directes sur le matelas aucunes explications sur le fonctionnement des différents équipements aucunes informations sur la façon de gérer entre autre les poubelles Impossible d'ouvrir la porte avant du garage devant nous donner accès à la maison obliger d'ouvrir par la porte arrière dans l'ensemble cette location ne devrait pas être proposée à la location. Je déconseille cette location

Expérience intéressante au niveau qualité/ prix.
Les - : Les chiens de chasse des voisins qui aboient y compris la nuit.
Les tronçonneuses de l'entreprise proche de la maison vous réveillent à 8h.
Les + : Animaux acceptés. Maison proche des pistes cyclables.
