"It’s an excellent facility w four bedrooms on each of three levels. We especially enjoyed the large first floor deck over looking the lake. It was a popular place for many family chats. Rocking chairs provided for abt 20. Host checked in frequently. Clean and well maintained. Host responded promptly to a few minor issues. Highly recommended. We might be back next year."

"This house was nice and big. Very clean. The view was exceptional. Loved sitting on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. Sitting on the deck at night was just as beautiful. The only thing that we found not to our liking was the couch in the main living room. It was really uncomfortable as you had to lean all the way back to the back of the couch which made it hard to sit up, as well as put a strain on your back. Unless you put 2 pillows behind you. One of the chairs in the dining room was very loose and one of us almost fell out of it. But that's an easy fix for the owners. The driveway is very steep and narrow you have to back out of it which is hard due to the drive being so steep and then having a sharp turn on the road once at the top of the drive way. The drive way is to narrow to turn a truck or a big suv around in it. But other then those small things we were very pleased with the house."

"We had an incredible stay at this home. It was very spacious and clean for our group of 14. We spent a week with our family. A few days we relaxed with all the amenities (pool, game room, etc) and then would go into branson or on table rock lake with our boats which were docked 5 minutes away at the marina.Ryan the host was amazing. He was prompt with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this house. We do a family vacation every year and they said this was their favorite. The house is a very important feature as you need space and comfort with a large group. Thank you Ryan for making another great family vacation for the books!Gail"
