Family Time Under One Roof

Our family travel to the area a family event. This home was a perfect fit for our family that continues to grow. The set up of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great! We enjoyed being together without being too crowded.

Amazing house!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing home in Augusta, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel warm and inviting, truly a home away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Augusta!

Great Location and House

We rented the house for the weekend of the Augusta 70.3 Race. House was clean and each bedroom had it's own private bath. The large garage to store bikes and gear was a huge plus. Communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

I needed housing for 12 adult men for 4 days close to downtown Augusta. We wanted to be near each other in a setting that allowed socializing but not crammed into a house, sleeping on tiny beds and sofas in shared rooms. This was one of 3 houses I rented for us. Everyone had their own bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The houses are obviously all new. They are not fancy but the beds are comfortable, the living area allowed gatherings of up to 10, too hot to go out onto porches but they would be nice other times of the year and the kitchen had what I needed to cook a dinner for the whole group. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. As you can imagine, trying to pin down travel dates and times for 12 adults can be challenging (herding cats) and the host happily modified our stay several times and was always very responsive. The location is convenient to downtown and the medical district. It appears to be in an older part of town that is being rejuvenated. It was pretty quiet apart from an occasional emergency vehicle and I don’t think anyone had any safety/security concerns. We will be staying here again next year!

Masters Week family event

The house was perfect for our needs. Clean, stocked and comfortable. Would love a king bed to round out one of the master BRs but the layout is excellent. Patio space is great for evening use. Drive to Augusta National golf course comes in opposite the crowds from I-20 so parking and in/out were superior.

Fit our needs

Nice new place. Worked great for Masters week. Water pressure is poor but that’s probably the city’s fault. Nice deck to relax at night. Price was good for peak week.
