Hospitals are only 1.1 mi = NO RENTAL CAR REQUIRED. The River is .5 mi away for fishing, kayaking or jogging on the Riverwalk. Unit is gated with off street parking. Listing is for downstairs unit ONLY (upstairs & adjacent cottage also available)
