Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All kitchen dishes, pots, glass ware and utensils must be cleaned well or extra fees will be added after check out.
This is my home not a motel. Cleaning fee is for normal levels and any excessive cleaning required will add extra fees to the guest after check out.
Only persons included in the booking are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized extra persons will result in extra persons fee that guest will be responsible to pay host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Serenity Now!

The river house is incredible. It’s hard to describe and these pictures don’t do justice. But I love this place, and, I will be back! Rented downstairs (smaller/cheaper) for The Masters 2024. Met the guys who had booked the Main House and that place is even more incredible. You can really escape here, get some work done surrounded by God’s beauty and the natural peace of the Savannah River. Activities — kayaking, fishing, swimming, propane grill, golf balls to practice driving. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. KJ is a dream owner/landlord and a fantastic and available communicator. Potter and MJ (local) take care of anything. Highly recommend. 21 out of 5 stars.
