Room smells like mold & mildew & visible mold in bathroom. The hallway smells like cigarettes & mold I can’t even breathe. Very upsetting because I am 7 months pregnant & it’s not healthy for me at all to be breathing that in. There is also no outlet on the right side of the bed or room. The bedside table is disgusting clearly wasn’t cleaned.

The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the cook was late so there was no breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a great stay.

Upon checking in we had to park in the back parking lot. The lock on the back door didn’t work we had to walk around with all our luggage to enter through another door. Had to get our key card reprogrammed multiple times, we got locked out in the winter rain at 11 pm. Breakfast was luke warm with limited options (not sure the warmers were even turned on). Coffee at breakfast was watered down. I usually drink 4-5 cups a morning. I found myself skipping coffee each morning. It was that bad. Beds were adequate, but bed frames squeaked and snapped all night. Television volume choices were loud or louder.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and accommodating. Quiet didn’t hear the next door guest. Loved the sop products.

We were turned away because we live within 30 miles of the hotel. No where was that policy stated! We have an early appt/procedure at the hospital! We will have to drive during a storm and we are seniors! We will never stay at a Holiday hotel!!!

Have stayed here multiple times when visiting my child in college. Great location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, and clean. Indoor pool is a plus when traveling with the kids. I can’t find a negative thing to say.

Great staff with outstanding customer service skills. Made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately we had a tough time sleeping it was very noisy and some parts of the room not very clean. Prices didn’t match the quality we expected.

I would absolutely stay here again
I was on a business trip and in Waterville for just one night. It was the perfect place to stay - comfortable, clean, and close to restaurants and the grocery store.

Good stay for the weekend.
Wanted to be close to Colby so we stayed here. Room was clean. Front desk was very nice and the cleaning of the room was every day. My only complaint was that it was in the 30s outside and the thermostat in the room didn't go past 72. I ended up having to go get an extra blanket because I couldn't turn the heat up in the room and the vent was blowing cold air. There was no maintenance staff to look at the problem. Other than that it wasa good stay!

Reserved a suite to accommodate 5 adults. When we arrived and checked in at 11:00pm there were no sheets or bedding for the pull out bed … the phone in the room did not work at all and the USB ports weee broken so we were unable to charge any of our devices. The staff were very nice.
