"Our non smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. My friend and I are allergic so the room gave us a headache. We didn’t notice it when we checked in but the longer we were in there the more it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The surfaces also hadn’t been wiped down. But the staff was friendly and professional and it except for the allergy it was a good Hoyle for the price. "

"We had to stay 5 nights at the Hyatt House due to a medical emergency in the family. We couldn’t have been happier with the property. The rooms were nice and super clean. The front desk guy David was so nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in downtown Augusta I know where I’m staying. "
