This recently updated condo is centrally located in Augusta and provides easy access to the Master's tournament, the medical district, Ft. Gordon/Ft. Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is located on the ground floor and features a screened patio overlooking a common space. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a living room. There are also laundry facilities in the unit, a work space and super comfortable mattresses and furnishings.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district.

There are two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and the second bathroom has a shower with two seats. There is a dining area, a living room, a dedicated work space, and a screened patio.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces located to the right of the building. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.
