Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. "The apartment is very small and the bathroom doesn't have a door (just a curtain) which is important to know. The shower drain does not work properly so the water accumulates in the shower. The heating worked well during our stay so we were able to keep warm. The studio doesn't get too much sun. It's a short walk (8 min) from the city center so that's a nice plus.
