Wo in fast allen Hotels mit Teppichboden ist hier und mal ein Fleck. Aber sonst sind die Zimmer in einem tollen Zustand und man fühlt sich wohl.

einfach Wohlfühlen

der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich für uns als sehr angenehm, nette und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer von den Wandfarben angefangen über die Möbel und in der Weihnachtszeit gehört zu jedem Fenster ein Schwibbogen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut, mehr frisches Obst zum Frühstück wäre toll. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig nur die Matratze ziemlich hart.

soweit alles ok-leider gab es nur einen Gepäckwagen für die Etage und der war zur Abreise nicht verfügbar also unser Gepäck per Hand durch das ganze Hotel geschleppt.Eigendlich unzumutbar!

Ruhige Lage mit freundlichem Service

Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Vom Hotel ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in Schneeberg oder Aue.
