"Very attentive staff throughout the hotel and the property itself is very clean. A lovely place to spend a few days with the family. The indoor pool and sauna were great for a rainy day too. Free on street parking right outside the hotel door. "

This required sleeping with balcony door open and subjected to street noise. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Were told only provided for premium rooms. After much argument a kettle & cups were provided. "

"We booked a double room several Months ago and arrived to a twin room. The hotel was initially unwilling to move us to the double room as booked but eventually was accommodating. Great location but noisy street"

"We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. "
