Large 200-square-meter family home with an enclosed garden under the oak trees

Welcome to our large family house of 200 m², located in a quiet area of Audenge, on the Arcachon Bay.

Spacious, bright and surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1,800 m², it is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in a peaceful environment a few minutes from the most beautiful sites of the Basin.

The house has a large living room with high ceilings and an open mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a Nintendo Switch, board games as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

You will enjoy three real double bedrooms (one 140 cm bed and two 160 cm beds), a bathroom, three shower rooms and two toilets, offering appreciable comfort when several couples or generations travel together.

The ideal capacity is six adults. Two extra mattresses can be installed on the open mezzanine to accommodate two additional children or teenagers. This space is open to the living room and is not a fourth bedroom.

Outside, two terraces facing south and west allow you to enjoy the garden with trees and the natural shade of the oak trees. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal to share meals in the open air.

The cycle path is located about 350 metres away. The Audenge swimming pool and the Domaine de Certes are about 1.9 km away, or a few minutes by bike. The house is also an excellent starting point for exploring Andernos-les-Bains, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat and Cap-Ferret.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Our house is a main residence, carefully maintained and really equipped for family life. We want to welcome travellers looking for a quiet and respectful stay.

A few minutes from the house, enjoy the swimming pool of Audenge, explore the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron, walk the many cycle paths of the Bay or stroll on the oyster ports. Andernos-les-Bains, Arcachon, the Dune of Pilat and Cap-Ferret are also easily accessible to vary the discoveries throughout your stay.
