About this property

Villa on the Bay of Arcachon

  • The town of Audenge is the central point to be able to visit all the Bassin d'Arcachon, both by car and by bike, halfway between Cap Ferret and the Dune du Pyla. The property is located a few metres from the town centre of Audenge and its small shops (bike rental, pizzeria and Aldo at 300m) as well as the small port and the seawater basin (the largest in Europe) 2 km away.
    The house has a large living room with kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine (ground or tassimo) toaster and kettle. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds (bed linen provided), a bathroom with walk-in shower (towels provided), washing machine, a separate toilet. Wifi is free in the accommodation. Television and board game for the evenings. Air conditioning set to 24 degrees in summer and heating to 21 degrees in winter.
    Outside: an enclosed garden of 600 m2 with electric gate and parking space in front of the accommodation. A terrace with dining area and relaxation area. Petanque court.
