Place was great in terms of space for the room. But very warn. Miss and mold on the terrace. We wanted a terrace area to enjoy the skyline at night. But the seats and floor surface had mildue and mold growing. Chairs in the lounge all had dirty hand marks flooring was well stained. Tv did not have google tv functionality on it as advertised. We paid for two carpark spaces as our other guest were to arrive by their own vehicle but decided to bus into town. We were refused a refund for the second carpark. As they say the car parking operators don't offer refunds. Little redundant as the area we were to park in were specifically for hotel guests. Having to sign a no party cause is a bit silly. As the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants. Coffee for the cafe in the lobby was good though.

It was disappointing waiting for a lift due to it being used for servicing. More communication would be great including menu scans in the room and better pillows. Overall though it was a lovely stay which we throughly enjoyed. Great location in the city and very helpful staff.

Property was old and dated. I’m not sure how well cleaned the property was as items were in the wrong areas and lack of simple things like extra toilet paper. For the price paid I feel like I was ripped off. Messages to property after went unresponded to. I would not stay here again.

The room was overall really nice-great view of the city, plenty of space, nice bedrooms, modern bathroom. The only complaints we had was we had booked a 2 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 king bed, but they only had 2 queens available. They did compensate us with free breakfasts which was nice. They don't provide room service automatically, but provide towels when asked. Great coffee shop downstairs and nice staff.

The property was clean and modern but there were carpet stains in the hallway and in the rooms. The couch in the living room also had stains.

Parking was a tad expensive but really handy. We had a 2 bedroom apartment nice size rooms and great views and nice balconies. We had the northern most room which was a bit noisy from the bars in Victoria Park market. Would happily stay again.

If you are visting the CBD this hoterl is in a great location easy to get into the CBD with easy access to the motorway network. The rooms were really nice very large with all the ammenties however in our room there were a number of stains on both the carpet and sofa. Also on the balcony a number of the tiles were lose to the point of coming away from the floor which may be a trip hazard. The carpark down stairs was also an issue with the staff of the hotel and the other shopsparking in the reserved spaces or immediatley behind making it difficult to get out of the car park spots.

Our loading bay is reserved for contractors working onsite and guest drop-offs and acknowledge it can be a little tight. we always have the ability to move vehicles if needed. The facility was very quiet and had an amazing view of the skytower. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our three bedroom unit on the 10th floor was very spacious and had a nice kitchen. The balcony was large and let us see in two different directions. We would be happy to stay here again.

Room was dirty, found random pills in the rug? Stains all over the chairs. TV in room didn’t work. Got verbally abused & threatened by guests when walking down our room hallway, then had to deal with someone outside trying to smash the glass sliding door with a scooter. The experience was all bad & I will not be recommending anyone stays here.

Great place, but needed a little “lift”
It was great staying here. A spacious suite with great views over Victoria Park. Whilst overall we were happy with our stay there were a few things that could be addressed to add that feeling of luxury and to a lovely stay. There was no artwork - which made us wonder if the place had been a private apartment that the hotel bought. Art would lift the vibe. We stayed for one night. We are two people so … there were two Nespresso coffee pods. Just two. Again, that doesn’t give a feeling of luxury. It gives the impression of penny pinching. Adding even an extra two wouldn’t break the budget, surely. Finally, we have a lovely bedroom that looks over the park. Clean lines (needs art LOL) but the vibe is spoilt as you have to look at an ironing board hung on the wall. It should not be there. Work out how it could fit in the wardrobe- spend some money on reconfiguring the internal shelving - and make it happen. It was an eyesore. The hotel has lots of potential - especially its location, but these little things made it feel a bit budget, when, with a few tweaks, it could feel so much more. 🙏

Hotel is quiet, full kitchen, clean & spacious room, short distance walking to supermarket & a bus stop nearby. Thanks for hotel to upgrade my room & nice receptionists. We enjoyed our stay. Will stay again next time. As I stayed a hotel at Albert Street before, there was terrible because of road construction for long time. Highly recommend to stay at Swiss-belsuites Victoria Park.

Room layout was fantastic, as was the location; and staff really lovely too. The room itself needed some attention and maintenance for the price per night, toilet roll holder fell off the wall, broken glass left in the cupboard, huge stains on the carpet... Overall we would return though.

Parties all night long and the staff on site would not do anything about it. People running up and down corridors screaming throughout the night (9pm-3am). Was told the hotel would give them a heavy fine but that doesn't compensate for the other guests who have to put up with it all night.
