Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located near tons of shops, the Westfield mall, and restaurants, all within walking distance from the property. The unit we stayed in also had a washer/dryer which is very helpful since we're coming from another trip prior.

I liked everything. I would have liked hair conditioner in the shower and the spa bath didn’t work but I didn’t know that a spa bath was in the room anyway when booking so no big deal. The wifi was hard to work out on the tv and when I finally got it sorted (streaming through my phone) it cut out and another guest was signed in on our tv. We were leaving soon after that so I didn’t bother saying anything about it at reception. Nice clean apartment thankbyou

We are replacing our TV's and once we do that it will be very user friendly. We do keep extra conditioner which can be provided upon request from the reception. None of our rooms have any Spa in the bathrooms. We do hope to see you again soon.

Check in was seamless although I was disappointed that there were no car parks available and car parking was one of the reasons I booked here. There were car parks across the road but it was a hit of hassle with luggage. The room itself was good, I had a one bedroom apartment with two single beds, the curtain didn’t cover the window fully so the room had light from the street and other buildings flooding the room. I most likely would stay here again, it was clean and tidy and staff were friendly.

SO EASY! Two adults travelling with an infant. From check in to check out everything was easy! The room was incredible. Clean, tidy, and everything you need. Reception lady was absolutely lovely! Nothing was a problem for her - she is accomodating, relaxed and did everything with a smile!

The staff (Siri) at the front desk is super helpful. The property is at a super popular location, you can purchase parking at $20 each 24 hours to park in the garage. We paid $25 for a 2 hour lunch in downtown Auckland. Great deal. There are a lot of shopping within walking distance, the most popular mall is Westfield in New Market, 500 meters away. We had full kitchen, washer/dryer in our suite, making our life so easy, we enjoyed the stay at this Quest.

Nice room but a couple of things.
Nice room but the bed was uncomfortable. Seemed like two single mattresses pushed together. The shower head was also in need to attention. Obviously hasn’t been checked in a while.

The location is excellent just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Apartment is excellent, with one minor note, the shower is over the bath, which maybe an issue for those who have knee or hip problems. Will definitely stay here again

Too noisy
Clean room, bed is fine but too much outside noise restaurants and bars but the rubish trucks during the wee small hours is a deal breaker, we wont be back. They need double glazing to make this accommodation pleasant.

Comfortable affordable apartments
Comfortable stay in spacious one bedroom apartment. Had everything you needed. Great location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Easy parking and fair daily rate. Not much of an exciting view but was here on business so no big deal. Clean and simple decor.

Loved how central it was to shopping, wide selection of restaurants and transport. Even electric train right outside window wasnt really invasive. Bathroom very hot and not well ventilated though.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Auckland. Newmarket is a great location to base yourself with good transport links. The hotel has lovely spacious rooms which are kept nice and clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff though, really helpful!
