The room i was allocated needs some attention with the plastwr board damaged. Also there is no EV charging at this property.

The bed was old tired with springs collapsing The mattress had a serious hump in the middle with roll out to the sides felt like I was sleeping on slope

The property had emergency housing guests fighting with 'exes', doors kicked in and plants ripped out of planter boxes. Not a particularly secure feeling and certainly NOT what I was expecting. WOTIF should not be promoting this property without full disclosure

Hi James. Your review is not a common occurance, we are sorry you felt this way.In regards to the profile of the hotel, we supporting the local community with Housing. We are accommodating those whos houses have been damaged from the flooding in late January and early February, like many hotels in Auckland these days. As you can imagine these displaced guests are suffering from the stress of their circumstances. However this does not excuse them from any disturbance they caused. I trust that this helps present a different picture. We wish you well in your travels.

Fine for one night stop over.
Hotel was ok for the price. Quite small compared to photos. Parking is tight. Internet is meant to be free and unlimited but after connecting to the wifi there was no actual internet connection. Had to use my phone data and cell reception is not great in the area. Cleaning staff seem very friendly.

Location was excellent for a hospital visit early on Monday. Safe and secure and clean, well equipped room. My only gripes were the open window has a broken window catch which made it hard to close and the wifi was really spotty in the room so I could not work there at all, other than that I would recommend it.

Our Auckland flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay. Luckily this studio came up on my Hotels app and I jumped on it. It was clean and comfortable and was everything we needed for a night's rest.

The location is great, however, it is quite noisy and the reception area setup with the coffee table is a bit hazardous since it is on the way to exist after hours. I almost got tripped by the table and got hurt quite badly. Worth thinking about how to make it safer for guests.

Checkin was disappointing. The greeting email and dor notice said checkin closed at 5pm. We received a phone call while we were enroute to Henderson to say that checkin closed at 4pm. When we arrived at 3:59pm reception door was locked. Intercom was not answered. Phoned the landline number and whoever answered expected reception to be answered. As we spoke someone came out to unlock the reception door and let us in.

NO Sky TV. Room was clean Had to get new wifi password every day but if you got back late and reception was closed you could not get access.

Thanks for the feedback. Our Internet does run a daily ticket option, however there are other options for tickets and access to this is described in our Guest Welcome letter. We were very impressed with the studio apartment. We stayed 3 nights and had everything we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Good Stopover Apartment in Henderson
Comfortable room with good room facilities. Very clean & staff were welcoming. Only slight negative was that the doors to the apartments were highly and "banged" when people let them go. But otherwise room was spacious and quiet from any road noise.
