    The location is great (very close to Newmarket) and the room we stayed in was nice and clean. Price wise it is hands down the best deal in that part of town (or in all of Auckland for that matter). I would be happy to book a room there the next time we go to Auckland again.

    Motel was in poor condition. There was a hole in wall chipped bath water dripping overall not up to any decent standard. People sitting outside hotel room at 12.30pm yelling and no one ask them to be quiet

    poor condition of the property. wallpaper peeling off the walls, huge amount of mould in the bathroom, bad condition furniture , dirty windows, defective toilet. How can a motel in a such bad condition can be rated 3 an a half stars?

    The Motel needs some serious renovations, for example our window and door to the back area could not be opened and the ceiling in our bathroom falling in due to some serious looking water damage. The only good thing was how nice and friendly the staff were.
