Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were given the bed was not clean but staff were quick to remediate it. Overall I was not a fan of the location as dining is not walkable and the hotel is in an industrial area off the highway. The shuttle to the airport was easy however the shuttle from the airport we did not realize you had to call for it as they have a bus area to other airport hotels that does not include jet park.

The hotel was much better than expected considering the neighborhood, which was a bit iffy but close to the airport but no airport noise that we noticed. Rooms were very comfortable and fully stocked. A restaurant and bar on the premises. Breakfast not included but there was an all you can eat buffet for breakfast. Also shuttle to and from the airport provided.

No accessible outlets in room except for One outlet by desk with phone plugged in.bone outlet by bed inaccessible except by lying on floor to teach under wall mounted side table. Placed in building far from my reception, unable to book late check-out despite being in room for less than 12 hour, bus almost an hour wait for pick up from airport- many of us waiting despite website indicating pick up every 30 minutes. Bus to airport on time which was good. Feel we would have had better room and options if we’d booked through hotel not Expedia

Front desk staff were great along with restaurant staff. Meal at restaurant was nice and fairly priced. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable for our needs. I booked via a booking site but unfortunately due to that didn't qualify for complimentary parking. Shuttle to airport was on time but driver wasn't very customer omer focused. Needed to load and unload own bags as driver watched on. A bit difficult at times for older passengers.

Friendly welcome at check in. Comfortable room. Very clean with everything we needed. Restaurant was VERY busy and staff were obviously rushed off their feet. Most seemed to appreciate the urgency. The Polish lady who seemed to be manager for the night was outstanding.

Nice hotel. Clean room and nice bar and restaurant although expensive service was good. Hotel is in industrial park so nothing close by. Gym was under renovation - option was a very small room with little equipment. Bus runs on the hour and half hour to airport. Trip takes 10 minutes.
