The room was small, but had enough room to get around. The ved was warm and comfortable. The controls were smooth and sensitive with good pressure and instant hot water.

It was a perfect stay! We really liked that it was close to the airport, yet there was still a small strip mall across the street to shop and eat. It really was a comfortable stay.

No one answers phone, message has incorrect shuttle information. Rooms are very small. On the positive side it was clean and served its purpose as an airport hotel.

Had to book a hotel at the last minute due to delayed incoming flight and missed connections. We arrived at night so decided not to walk from the terminal to the hotel. Either way, I would suggest using the shuttle as the traffic around the airport is very busy. Shuttle was $8 NZD per person each way (not free) and tickets can be purchased from a kiosk outside the airport. Only about a 15 minute wait to get to the hotel, and they had a schedule for the shuttle at the hotel, so we were able to plan to get a shuttle that would work for our outgoing flight the next day. Upon arrival, we were checked in and in our room within 5 minutes. Staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was small and impeccably clean. Electric jug, coffee, tea bags, milk and cookies provided by the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Its a great hotel for stranded travellers and the price was reasonable for the proximity to the airport. Would stay again.

Good: the shuttle runs every 25 minutes and the hotel is close if you want to walk. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and a small place for kids to play. Cons: the place is truly a budget hotel. The rooms are too small, the AC though fails to cool down even that timy space. No shampoo, no conditioner, and a stiff bed that occupies the entire room. Also, found a bug of unknown origin, sitting on the wall, a bit smaller than a spider. Summary: only good for one night if you're desperate. Otherwise stay away.

This is a nice convenient place to stay if needing somewhere day before or after a flight from the airport or just a night stop close to Auckland. Room was small but seeing as we were using it as a bed for the night it didn't bother us. To say it was near the airport and a busy shopping/eating place very little (if any) outside noise can be heard.
