- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

Stopover in Mangere Bridge
Was excellent for a short stay visiting family in Mangere bridge. Bedrooms are large and comfortable for a larger group. Living / dining/ kitchen only good for smaller groups. Wouldn’t be so great if you were planning to spend a lot of time there, or entertain others. There weren’t as many chairs or dishes as we had people staying. There was no dishwasher powder or laundry detergent provided. There were only net curtains which was a privacy concern at night and prevented a sleep-in in the morning. The downstairs bedroom had no window curtain at all. It took just over two weeks from departure to get my bond refunded and I felt I had to chase up the property manager on this: communication on this point could have been more proactive but otherwise was excellent.

Mangere Gem
Was a beautiful house, all amenities very close and handy. Many bathrooms which was very handy for the amount of people we had staying. Neighbourhood great just traffic noise coming through in the mornings and no curtains in bedrooms. Other then that we had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with the property.
