Lovely lady that was there when we arrived. Motel is perfectly situated. Room service was terrible lovely ladies though. Probably need upskilling on house keeping. In saying that would definitely stay again.

Got disturbed by other guests at 6:30am opening and closing their vehicle 3-4 times, alarm bleeping, and then the alarm went off , Then at approx 7:00am they then ran the vehicle for approx. 5 min before driving off.

We extended our stay, room was spacious, staff were awesome and friendly. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Awesome motel for family and business travelers
We had a wonderful stay, friendly staff, friendly owner who cared to go the extra mile to help us, as my wife and I are between moving house and going overseas. Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable, we will visit again this year.

There was no air conditioning in the room, the heat was unbearable. Smoking was allowed on the porch outside rooms which meant smoke drifted in to my unit. Not pleasant.

It will do for an overnight.
The AEMI is a decent enough place for an overnight but not one you would choose for a holiday or get-away. Basic needs are met but little else. They even charge for Wifi, something I hadn't seen in 5 nights at other accomodations. Near a stadium and mall, but otherwise not a prime location. Got a good it of age on it, but also a low price. .

Terribly tired. Needs complete renovation or complete rebuild. Noise insulation is hopeless. Road noise impossible the keep out of room with single glazed windows, windows and door that dont seal properly. Tough sleeping with all that noise. Very tired property and guest.... wont be staying here again.

Great value for money - I would stay there again
I would not hesitate to stay here again - great value for money. It is convenient for the motorway BUT, don't take the wrong motorway exit. I was heading for the airport (other side of the bridge) but it worked and better than the usual places around the airport. Everything was in the room but note - it is not a holiday stay area - business or passing through only. No, not even small, complaints. Manager was very helpful.

Check in was very poor by the elderly man, tried to overcharge from what he had advertised online. Had to book online at the reception to get the better rate???? a 5min checkin turned into a 20 min checkin as he did not want to honour the rate he had online. Rate online was $270 for 2 nights and he was trying to charge $200 PER NIGHT! Apart from that the room was clean and tidy and the housekeeper was very friendly.

Overall is fine. Kitchen ware was not clean, and initially the door lock was missing, but they fixed it very soon. However overall is fine. Handy to dining and shopping.
