city central, convenient

Pros: the staff, the upgraded room
First room allocated- no internet working, no jug/cups, and "the view" was of a concrete cavity! Reallocated and upgraded to another room, internet work, city view. Appreciate the staff efforts to get internet access. The upgrade was a bonus.

Pros: Close to the university and central city
Cons: The rooms need redocorating and updating. Need to put in a comfortable couch that folds down to a bed. There are plenty to choose from on the market.
Disappointing. Obviously the advertising photos were taken a long time ago. In the two bedroom appartment we hired there was mold up the bathroom walls and the shower curtain was too small. Holes in the walls (2) in one of the bedrooms behind the doors and in the other room with the two single beds pushed together to resemble a king bed, the walls were knocked around and in need of repair. Not enough room to even walk around the king bed. Our family booking requested two rooms but we were put in separate towers and only one key provided per room. The fold down bed that doubled as a couch was inadequate for seating.

Good value for a family night in the city

Posted 30/08/2017
Pros: Good pricing, and very close to Aotea Square and surrounding theatres and concert halls.
Cons: Parking a little pricey ($25 overnight) and some minor maintenance issues.
The apartment room was clean and neat, and the location is a 2 minute walk to Aotea Square which makes it well suited for a family visit to the city for a night out to see a performance. A couple of minor maintenance issues - the curtain chain was broken - and parking is expensive as is in most places in Auckland. Overall satisfied as it was excellent value for money.

Nice place close to Aotea Centre.

Posted 30/08/2017
Pros: Proximity to Aotea Centre.
Cons: I was a little uncomfortable walking down the side street alone although the lighting was very good.
Location: Shops, eateries and theatres are all within easy walking distance.
This place is very close to Upper Queen St.. Easy walking distance to all shops and theatres.

Falsely Advertised (Crap Hotel - Don't Stay Here)

Posted 24/08/2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: EVERYTHING
We didn't even make it to the room as the front desk had given us rooms that didn't have enough bedding to sleep my family (which we had booked and requested). No parking to get stuff into the room and then we had to park in resident parking - the elevator up had duct tape holding the up and down buttons together. The hotel lobby and hallways were filthy - have requested a refund and have been chasing for more than 3 weeks.
