"Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. "I rated this high overall, clean and comfortable rooms, newly renovated. Quiet. Nice staff. One thing I would suggest is to let people know there is still a lot of renovating going on when advertised on Expedia. Perhaps knock a few dollars off the price. It didn't really affect anything other than using the stairway. There was other work going on but I was gone during the day so it was fine. But overall, very good hotel stay for the price. "
