"This hotel is located in a great location. Close to Disney and many restaurants to choose from . I had not been in this hotel since it’s opening several years ago. I was sad to see how poorly it had been kept. The staff were all kind and helpful."

"Overall the stay was pretty well. The only issue I had was housekeeping came in and took all the dirty towels and wash clothes but did not replace them. I had to call to the front desk to get replacements. My last night I went to the bar where the bartender let me know they did not have two of the drinks that I requested that were on their menu. I ordered a third drink off their menu that was not great but I paid for it and left. The outside of the hotel at least in North Tower could use a facelift as there a lot of rusting and paint shipping on the outside of the building but the inside looks great. The amenities were great including dunkin' donuts and the restaurant and arcade."
