2 Bed Condo across from Toomers Corner and AU Campus

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

convenient place to stay

This VRBO was very convenient for us since it was near our sons apartment. It was overall a good stay but definitely bring ear plugs since its right next to the 2 hot spots in town.

Great location and a comfortable space!

We enjoyed being so close to the school and the nightlife. Be ready for a few hours of the sounds of a happy college party in the evenings. Didn't bother us at all, in fact it was fun to be there!

Perfect property for a stay, right in downtown Auburn! Walk to everything! Nightlife can be loud, but to be expected AND the noise machines provided in each bedroom definitely helped to sleep soundly! Clean, cute and convenient! Would love to stay here again! War Eagle!

The property is clean and very comfortable. It is right in the middle of the Auburn campus, which made things very convenient for us as we had business on campus this week. I appreciate the care that went into every detail.

4th Stay!! Happy Repeater Guest :)

This is my 4th time staying. I love the proximity to campus and restaurants. They do always warn that there is noise, which there is, but I don't mind it and they also equip the bedrooms with white noise machines. So if you are not a light sleeper this is the place to stay!! As you can see I will be back again!

The place was Clean, Convenient and Centrally located in "The Loveliest Village On The Plains". Yes you can hear the music from the two bars this place is in between, but it is a college campus, what else would you expect. WDE

Charming apartment in perfect location

This apartment is so cute! It's in the absolute perfect location for visiting the university and downtown. Because of that, there is definitely bar noise, so if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. They provide white noise machines and my daughter and I slept great. Just something to know. :-) Communication with the owner was speedy and comprehensive. Will definitely stay here again!

Wedged between 2 party clubs - loud music until 2am each night

Three stories up - wedged between two of the biggest party bars in AU. Loud music and people until 2am each night. And barf on the steps two of our three mornings when heading out to exercise. It would have been nice if we were told about the three flights of steps up and the loud noise - so loud we couldn't sleep until after 2am each night.

We had a great time. Location location location!!! We never moved our car once we got there. It was aliitle loud at night but the owner has disclosed this beforehand. Noise machine in bedroom was a plus!! Definitely would book and stay again!!

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in and parking was easy, and the clean up instructions weren’t over the top. I had a small cut on my leg that lead to a small amount of blood on our sheets and I hope I didn’t leave any belongings. Thanks for a great weekend!

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of downtown Auburn. Appliances and cabinets are dated but extremely clean and fun local. It IS loud at night as you're nestled between the two biggest party bars on campus. We knew this going on and were prepared. We'll definitely stay again!
