Great location, comfortable accommodations, a little loud from the establishment next door. I suggest earplugs and use of the awesome noise makers the property provides. Easy check in. Great parking.

Perfect for College Visit!

Perfect for our short stay to visit Auburn. Superb location, we walked everywhere. We were there on a Monday night, so the disclosed potential neighboring bar noise was not an issue for us. Really comfortable beds. I can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Honestly easier than a hotel and the two bedrooms made it great for parents and teens.

It was Leo's first trip to Auburn and he had an AMAZING trip. The location of this property is absolutely perfect. So close to downtown, Toomer's Corner and everything we needed to soak up the Auburn family atmosphere.

The property was adorable and wonderfully located! And the description provided by the property manager was perfect in regards to the noise from the local bars. But since I knew that going in, it was still fine. I would recommend it and stay there again.

It was a great location in downtown auburn. The only thing it lacked were certain utensils, measuring cups, a s silverware, but it worked for what we needed.

Great spot for Camp War Eagle

Just what we needed for two nights of Camp War Eagle for incoming freshmen. We were there on a Sunday and Monday night in the summer, so the bar noise was not a factor. Parking was great and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive.

Very nice place-Location amazing for downtown

Very nice place. Location great to be in the heart of Auburn. Owner very forthcoming that this IS a college town and there is a bar in adjacent alley and they do enjoy a good party and music that runs into the early morning hours. Clean. GREAT communication with owner. Cozy place.

Nice place

Nice place and great location but it’s right next door to a bar where they play loud music until 2am. We didn’t realize this until we showed up. Asked a question and never got a response. We’re able to figure it out on our own though. It was super clean but had VERY limited supplies.

Another great stay in Auburn

Our daughter attends Auburn, so when we visit her, Amanda is our "go to" for a place to stay. Always great communication, and each of her units we've stayed in has been great. Clean, just as described, easy check in/out. Walk right out of this apartment and you're right in the middle of downtown Auburn. The location cannot be beat, and there is dedicated parking right by the unit. As stated in the listing, it is near the bars that can be hopping, especially on weekend nights, but for sound sleepers, it's not a big issue. Light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs or use the provided sound machine. Definitely recommend...and we will be back! War Eagle!

Great location! But it can be VERY loud at night!

This condo is in a prime location- you can park your car and walk to everything! The listing does state and warn you that it can be loud at night due to being next-door to a bar. But I will tell you that it’s no joke! It sounds like you are inside the bar at night! So if you are OK with loud music till one or 2 AM then you won’t mind staying here. Sunday because the bar wasn’t really open, it wasn’t a problem however on Tuesday because it was St. Patrick’s Day, the bar was hopping. We could open up our door and felt like we were in the middle of the bar. So if you’re there to party, you will definitely love this place. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious and clean. My only request would be if they could put darker curtains up because the lights outside are bright! Overall we had a great stay!

Pleasant Visit

Very centrally located in town so it was easy to walk anywhere. The unit makes great use of a smaller space. Property was very clean with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Instructions on how to check in were very detailed but I reached out to the host several times to see if I could check in a few hours early to put groceries in the fridge and never heard back. The kitchen was poorly equipped if you are planning on cooking and eating in the unit. Small assortment of pots (No frying pan), limited utensils (only 3 forks, no knives), only 1 cutting knife that was missing the tip, and no wine opener. Had already bought a bottle of wine so had to go out and buy an opener just to drink it! As you can tell by the pictures, there is no table so you need to sit at the sofa to eat. Worked out fine as there were only 2 or 3 people eating meals there but if you had 4 people it would have been difficult. Yes, the bars are loud but the description clearly states that and the noise machines worked beautifully.
