"Overall a good stay, staff were very helpful, room was overall very clean. The only thing that felt unclean was the ceiling it was covered with dust clumps from the air-conditioner blowing on it. Some of the furniture showed it getting worn out, but they kept everything clean. Breakfast has a great selection early in the morning, but on the later end of breakfast it didn't seem they refreshed their breakfast supply. "

Our bathroom blow dryer didn't work, the room air conditioner didn't get cold, and the floors were gross. We did enjoy the water park, but spending over $1,000 a night, we were disappointed. "

The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel."
