A modern well-maintaind home available for those looking for a decorated fully equipped home to themselves. Great for any occasion!
Conveniently accessible to Hwy 380, 720 & DNT. Near Denton, Little Elm and Frisco! Also, Little Elm Beach and Lewisville Lake.
The Space:
Smart Home features include thermostat, door locks, Echo Show and 7 smart TVs.
An open kitchen which includes all cooking and entertaining amenities. 2 plush living rooms and an electric fireplace.
The furnished backyard patio has bbq grill/smoker, a smart tv and a heater for relaxing.
Make yourself comfortable in the master bedroom downstairs which comes with a premium foam mattress and bedding. The Onsuite master bath is equipped with a seperate tub and shower. Also there is a custom closet space.
2 bedrooms upstairs & lounge area includes a sofa bed, and queen bed.
The highest speed internet (1,000 gig)to handle whatever you need to do and a seperate office area downstairs for those that need to get some work done in private.
**Please note: I supply starter toilet paper roll, paper towels, tissue and laundry detergent per stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Beautiful clean house, good neighborhood close to things. Needs some small lamps and more curtains. Overall would stay again.

Restful getaway

Quiet surroundings with an eye popping splash of color. Made for a dream getaway. Every where you looked there was a touch of home. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay outside the city

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample room (the TVs in each room were a treat for us too) and the place was spotless. Latoya was easy to access and communications were clear. It is a great place to stay if the city is not your style, as the neighborhood was quiet but accessible.

Perfect Stay

This home was the perfect respite for us during a family emergency. Our two boys loved the bedrooms and we were even able to keep our weekly family tradition of pizza/movie night. The huge TV was awesome! Having a separate office space helped me keep up with work while the boys were also in the house. Everything was spotless and communication was great. Thanks so much.
