This charming cottage offers a welcoming ground floor with a cosy living area featuring a small bed suitable for a child. The open kitchen is complemented by a wood stove for added comfort. Upstairs, the attic bedroom awaits along with a bathroom with a balneotherapy bath.



Step outside to embrace the natural beauty of the grounds, adorned with forests, walking paths, and small stone walls. A wooden terrace with outdoor furniture and an electric barbecue invites you to enjoy outdoor dining. Refresh yourself in the small pool (4m x 2m) which is with a plunging alarm for safety.



Please note, the sauna (20m away) is shared with guests from a second holiday home, situated about 300m away (sleeps 7). Additionally, on-site services such as massages or babysitting are available upon request for an additional charge. The owners reside in a small house on the grounds.



From the village square, you will find the hiking trails that will allow you to discover the Louis XIII-style Château de Sauveboeuf which rises on the banks of the Vézère. Visit L'Escaleyrou, a panoramic viewpoint located on a steep cliff called "Le Bout du Monde", which dominates the Vézère Valley. Upstream of this cliff, you will discover the Château de la Petite Filolie and La Fleunie.
