Yes, the host was very welcoming. Great amount of space for 6 guys. Close to the trails. Clean. Would highly recommend to any large group. Block away from the trailhead.
The house was perfect for a weekend of winter adventure. Clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be going back! The only thing I can suggest is making the house numbers visible. We were not able to see them on the house (they might be somewhere under the snow) but it did take a minute to make sure we were in the right spot when we came in at night.
This is an excellent home base for snowmobiling in the UP. There is plenty of trailer parking available. There is a gas station a block away and trail head a block the other direction. Can ride sled from the house to either. House is clean and roomy. Erin responds quickly to any questions. Can't say enough good things about this house!

Everything was great except for two things. There was nothing to scrub dishes with, and the thermostat would reset to 62 degrees every night so we would wake up cold.
Newly renovated home. It's well done, with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Big family room, with a TV with every channel imaginable. Big kitchen table for eating and playing games. Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved our vacation!
Nice home inside but water pressure went out four different times so we weren’t able to use the bathrooms or shower (maintenance guy came out several times, and I actually went downstairs and was tapping on the pressure switch to try to get it to turn on temporarily), there was hair in the showers when we first got there, the back of the building is adjoined to an old structure that was clearly not captured in the photos that’s pretty unsightly, there’s a heavy power cord with electrical tape connecting it running through the backyard where the fire pit is that certainly is not to code and looks like a shock hazard, and the furnace was really erratic and the temperature of the home. I talked to the owner several times with the water going out and really no apologies just letting us know someone was continually coming over and to see if I could temporarily get it running myself, far from my typical experience with VRBO, really cannot recommend this place.
Hostess was very accommodating buying griddle and coffee grinder for us. Large table for whole family to sit at with nicely furnished deck to watch the stars. Close to beach. Great memories made.
This house is very clean and the little details were carefully selected when the house was remodeled. All four bedrooms are large and there are extra sleeping options in the living room. The open kitchen and living room allowed all of us to hang out, eat, play games, and watch movies. The house was equipped with towels, washer and dryer, grill, cleaning supplies, and almost every kitchen gadget you’d ever need. There is a fire pit in the private backyard and the little neighborhood was very quiet. The host, Erin, sent messages with food, shopping, and outdoor adventure ideas. Her list was so helpful!
