"Beautiful location, outstanding tatami room with good en suite bathroom facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Wifi connection in room was very weak (had to go to hall to connect). Not many English-speaking staff but made do with Google-translate. Would have appreciated food/snack options in bar ..."

"出迎えからフロントの対応が丁寧で安心できた。夜のバイキングは、時間帯によってはすごく混んだけど、品数も多く、美味しかった。朝のバイキングもかなりの品数で大満足だった。お風呂も、露天もあり気持ちよかった。夜もバイキングってのが、好きなものを自分たちで選べるので子供たちもいつもより多く食べていた感じ。誕生日祝いを兼ねての宿泊だったが、夕食の時にさりげなくサプライズもあり、大変いい時間が過ごせた。"
