Nice looking place, but my room was severely neglected. The room had not been vacuumed (even a pill of some kind on the floor), soap still in the shower, dusty. I did not touch anything I didn't have to. The sheets looked good, so I slept there as I was doing a quick overnight, but I was very disappointed.

Stayed in Room 109 it’s a handicap room. Why we got this room I do not know. But if I were handicap the show head would not stay in place. Also water came onto the floor and had to be dryer up. Water was everywhere. Mattress was completely worn worn out. It needs to be changed. Breakfast was good we enjoyed it.

Overall the stay was wonderful. You can smell disinfectant in the air and it made me feel super comfortable with the cleanliness expectation. The only downside would be that the restrooms need a little updating. The shower pressure was subpar at best. The toilet seat was set to low for people with any form of handicap. My elderly friend had to have assistance to use the restroom. But outside of that the hotel was a good. The pet fee is to high. I personally think it should be on a case by case. We had two micro chihuahuas and they stayed in a crate throughout the one night visit and yet it was 25 pp. $50 is to much. So although I give them a 5 star that extra fee might have me looking else where.

This is the second time we stayed there . The first time we stayed things were great. This time I paid for a suite , no extra sheets in room for the roll out bed. Shower curtain would not stay closed at either end ; getting floor soaked. Room was hot. Didn’t stay for breakfast to exhausted from no sleep.

Room was advertised as a suite and pictured as if it had 2 separate rooms. Was not a suite and was extremely cramped and not well cleaned.

The key cards did not work at first- had to get new ones. There was broken glass on the bed. Front desk person was helpful and moved our room, saying a disgruntled employee left the glass. Room reeked of cigarette smoke.

We asked for a ground floor room with accommodations for a dog but were instead put on the 2nd floor. We would have much preferred a first floor room as requested when we made our reservation a week before. If the request could not be honored it would have been nice to know so we could have selected another hotel.
