    Fully loaded garage with 7 bikes (adult and child/teen sized with helmets), 12 beach chairs, 8 beach tags, 1 large coolcobanana tent, work out area and free weights, tons of soccerballs/basketballs/baseballs/lacrosse sticks, and a Pop-A-Shot basketball net.

    1st floor game room stacked with a shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a custom bar.

    Make lots of memories with board game/card game nights and outdoor block jenga.
