There is a neighborhood ordinance- No noise past 10pm. All guests are to respect the neighborhood and observe this ordinance.
Only guests 25 and older will be permitted to rent (unless you are renting as a family unit). -NO Parties allowed whatsoever.
If police need to be called for any reason it will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit. Please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilets.
