Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space.

Two Washers & dryers on property for easy laundry during your stay in the separate shared storage with the main house unit.

Ample free street parking in the neighborhood. One parking permit is provided.

Guest Access:

During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment which features a private entrance for your convenience. The space includes a comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bright open concept living area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. While the apartment itself is private, you will also have access to a separate shared storage area on the property where two washers and dryers are available for your use. This is a "Garden Apartment" on the ground level of a main residence above which is rented separately. Please note that parking is available on the street throughout the neighborhood.

The neighborhood offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with several charming local cafes, delicious dining spots, and boutique shops located just a few blocks away. For those looking for more excitement, the world famous casinos and vibrant nightlife of Atlantic City are only a quick 5 to 10 minute drive from your doorstep. Whether you want to spend the day soaking up the sun with our provided beach gear or exploring the nearby coastal attractions, this location offers the perfect balance of peace and accessibility for your shore getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting around Ventnor City is a breeze from our location. You will find ample free street parking available throughout the neighborhood, making it easy to bring your vehicle along for the trip. If you prefer public transit, there are local bus stops nearby that provide convenient access to the surrounding shore points. For those traveling from further away, the Atlantic City International Airport is approximately a twenty to twenty five minute drive from the apartment. Additionally, the vibrant casinos and nightlife of Atlantic City are just a quick five to ten minute drive away, ensuring you are never far from the action.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 21+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
